Checking on your order

You may either email or call us for the status of your order. We will be glad to let you know the date your order was shipped, and which shipping method was used. If an unusual delay occurs, we will assist in the tracking of your order.


U.S. Shipping Costs and Options

• During your ordering and check out process, you will have an opportunity to review and accept various shipping options and subsequent calculated shipping charges. The shipping cost varies according to the option selected.
  
  
• Orders of $75.00 or more (merchandize subtotal) receives Priority Mail Shipping FREE to ONE address. A $4.50 handling fee will be applied.

Please note that we cannot ship Second Day Air or Next Day Air to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. protectorates, including Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
